Booking Policy
We require a credit card on file to reserve all appointments. Everyone's time is valuable and that is why we adhere to the cancellation policy. The massage treatment time is reserved for you, and if you need to change/cancel your scheduled appointment, we ask for 24-hour notice. This notice of cancellation allows us time to schedule the open space.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelled appointment in less than 24 hours' notice, 50 % of scheduled treatment booked, will be charged. Unfortunately, there will be no time allotted to getting that space filled. Of course, illness and emergencies can strike without warning and exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
No Call and No Show appointments will charge 100% of the reserved service amount.
Late Arrival Policy
All treatments have a specific time frame. Therefore, late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled appointments. When our schedule allows for it, we will accommodate for the timing of the appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged.
Intake Policy
All new clients will be required to complete an intake form. This is to inform the Massage Therapist of prior injuries, surgeries, and other factors that effect you.
Appropriate Conduct Policy
The Massage Therapist shall drape the breasts of all female clients and not engage in breast massage of female clients. Draping of the genital area and gluteal cleavage will be used at all times during the session for all clients. The Massage Therapist must immediately end the massage session if a client initiates any verbal or physical contact that is sexual in nature. If the client is uncomfortable for any reason, the client may ask the Massage Therapist to end the massage, and the session will end. The Massage Therapist also has a right to end the session if uncomfortable for any reason.
Scope of practice policy
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis. Massage therapist does not prescribe medical treatments or pharmaceuticals and does not perform any spinal adjustments. If any serious medical diagnosis, a physician’s written consent prior to services must be provided.
