In high school I worked on my Dad, who was a quadriplegic. Not knowing what I was doing, it still gave him relief from his pain and allowed him to decrease the amount of pain medicine. From that moment, I knew I wanted to be a Massage Therapist.

When I started to learn about the muscles and how they work together, I was able to help myself heal. Through the physical pain of surgeries and injuries. I did not know it was possible to heal through emotional pain of life experiences, I figured "that stuff" would always be there, and Massage Therapy proved me wrong . My passion is to spread the knowledge I have gained with all my clients, friends, and family.
The treatments are never a sequence but always following what the body needs in that moment. Even when clients come in with the same problem, I approach each treatment different based off the person.

The recommendations that are given after each massage treatment are tailored to provide extended relief in your current routine. I am always looking for new ways to show people movements that are easily accessible in their daily lives to contribute to the treatment done on the table.

In 2016, I went to Avalon School of Massage Therapy in Houston, Tx and have been providing treatments for clients ever since.

What each client has in common is the desire to get better. We do not have to live in constant pain. Let's break the mold together!
I have been able to help people who: struggle with Headaches, TMJ pain, Collar bone injuries, limited range of motion in joints/limbs, arthritis, nerve pain, post surgery, golf/tennis elbow, runners, cyclist, swimmers, weightlifters, manual labor jobs, nurses, sitting at a desk all day, scoliosis, spinal chord injuries, prenatal, postnatal, recover from car accidents, Sciatic pain, ankle injuries, etc. Not limited to these issues.
